Once your trip is booked and you’ve received a confirmation email, you’re held to a 30-day cancellation policy.

Cancel more than 30 days out for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.

Cancel within 30 days and you may lose your deposit or full payment, depending on circumstances.

If weather or unsafe conditions force cancellation, we’ll reschedule or refund in full. We get it — things happen. Just give us as much notice as possible.

Your guide will contact you at the latest the day before your trip.
